Load-In & Set Up Instructions
Friday September 27th
We will be using a staggered load-in & setup format. Your set up time will depend on your booth number. Booth assignments will go out soon - stand by.
Set Up Time Windows
You must unload and move your vehicle ASAP.
9 am - 11:30 pm - A 4,6,8 * B 3,6,7,9 * C 4,6,8 * D 5,7
11:30 - PM - 2 pm - A 3,5,7 * B 4,6,8 * C 5,7,9 * D 4,6 & E row 1-5, G evens 4-10
2 PM - 4:30 PM - booths A 1&2 * B 1&2 * C 2&3 * D 2&3 * E 6-7 * G odds 3-11, F 1-4 & H rows
After 4:30 PM - booths C1 & D1, E8 & F5-7, G 1-3, D 8&9 and all i booths.
After unloading & moving your vehicle, you can continue to set up as late as you would like.
All spaces are assigned to make the show look great and flow evenly. Do not ask to be moved.

In general, any retailer making sales in Colorado is required to collect the applicable state and state-administered local sales taxes. A retailer may be required to collect tax even if it has no physical presence in Colorado.
Any retailer that is required to collect Colorado sales tax must obtain and maintain a Colorado sales tax license. They must also file returns and remit collected taxes at regular intervals, generally on a monthly basis. Retailers must maintain all records necessary to determine the correct amount of tax and provide these records to the Department upon request.
