Centennial Fine Art Festival debuts May 30–31, 2026 at the Streets at SouthGlenn, an ideal setting for a high-end, sales-driven fine art festival serving Denver’s affluent South Metro market.

The City of Centennial offers exceptionally strong art-buying demographics, including a median household income of approximately $128,000, an owner-occupied housing rate of 81.3%, and 61.9% of adults holding a bachelor’s degree or higher. Median owner-occupied home values average approximately $626,700—all key indicators closely correlated with discretionary fine art purchasing.

This buyer base is further expanded by immediately adjacent South Metro communities, including:

    • Highlands Ranch — median household income of approximately $155,800

    • Greenwood Village — approximately $145,800

    • Parker — approximately $129,300

Together, these municipalities create one of the densest concentrations of established, affluent households in the Denver metro, yet one that is currently underserved by juried fine art festivals.

    Saturday  10:00 am - 5:00 pm

    Sunday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Why the Streets at SouthGlenn works for artists

The Streets at SouthGlenn is a walkable, open-air lifestyle district that naturally attracts the same demographic profile that supports strong art sales: homeowners, professionals, families, and established couples with discretionary income and time to engage.

Venue advantages that directly support artist success include:

    • Built-in, purchase-ready foot traffic from shoppers and diners who already view the site as a destination

    • Wide promenades, clean sightlines, and upscale architecture that elevate booth presentation and artwork visibility

    • Excellent accessibility and ample parking, encouraging longer patron dwell time and repeat passes

    • A setting that supports a polished, gallery-like buying experience, not a temporary street-fair atmosphere

    A unique market opportunity

While Denver’s most recognized juried fine art festivals are concentrated in the urban core, there is currently no major juried fine art festival serving the South Metro area. Centennial Fine Art Festival is intentionally positioned to fill this gap—bringing a curated, high-quality fine art experience directly to an affluent audience that typically must travel north for comparable events.

Why artists should expect strong results

    • Affluent, highly educated, home-owning audience with proven fine art buying indicators

    • Underserved South Metro market, reducing buyer fatigue and increasing engagement

    • Juried, fine-art-only focus, designed to attract serious buyers rather than casual festival crowds

    • Thoughtful site layout and presentation, leveraging an upscale venue to support visibility, comfort, and sales

Centennial Fine Art Festival is produced with a clear goal: to create a collector-friendly, sales-focused environment for exhibiting artists while establishing a long-term, high-quality fine art destination for the South Metro Denver region.
