Once  again hungry for it's own art festival, CCM Events is excited to restart the great tradition of art festivals in Avon, CO . The town is so excited to take advantage of all their new facility's and upgrades so we will be working in close association with the town staff of Avon.

Avon  is a mountain town west of Vail that is energetic, comfortable,  unpretentious, welcoming, & engaging: an inviting summer resort  community. Friday July 24 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday July 25 10 am to 5 pm, & Sunday July 26 10 am to 4 pm

This is a fine art and fine craft show that will run in the core downtown area of beautiful Avon, CO. We  will be accepting a maximum of 75 artists for this show. The dates for  the show have been chosen carefully as July is one of the town and  area's busiest. 



Being the gateway to Beaver Creek, visitors and residents linger as they explore. The median property value in Avon, CO is  $431,800. The largest share of households have a property value in the $500k - $750k range with most of these being second home  owners. Note how the median home price for Avon, CO is 40% higher than  the average property price for Colorado.

CANCELLATIONS -  CCM Events is monitoring closely the COVID-19 situation in association  with The Town Of Avon, Eagle County and The State Of Colorado in regards to The Avon Arts Celebration.

Currently,  we are moving forward with holding the festival. To plan for a safe  event, we will adjust our procedures and will add additional hand  washing stations. Gloves will be available for staff and artists. We are  working on attaining additional hand sanitizer units. However, we are  in a whole new world from a week ago.

Covic-19 Cancellation policy:

If  The Avon Arts Celebration is cancelled by health  authorities July or earlier and you decide to cancel by July  17th, we will return 50% of Booth and Corner fees to you plus give you a  jury exempt status for the 2021 & 2022 show. We request your  fairness, reasonableness, and understanding that we are unable to refund  your full booth fee – that money will have already been spent in  administration and to promote the Festival. Also, we cannot refund  application/ jury fees.

After  July 17th there will be no cash refunds – your booth fee will  automatically be applied to our alternate date of September 4th, 5th, & 6th.

If  this solution does not work for you, you may apply your 1/2 your booth  fee to each of the next two years of The Avon Arts Celebration (2021 & 2022). Plus you will be jury exempt for the next  2 years.

Lastly,  you may also transfer your booth fee to one of our other shows based on  space availability: The Evergreen Harvest Festival October 4th, The  Holiday Handmade Gift Market November 28th, or any 3 of our weekly  markets in Avon or 5 weekly markets in Evergreen. Show info at

4 digital images of your work and 1 image of your display. The 5th image must be an image of your display that should include the same kind of work shown in the other four images. Images must be only of the work and category to be displayed (if you wish to display more than one category, you must jury 4 images of each category and be accepted in each category applied for).


The Artist must be present to exhibit and exhibit only their own original work - No Exceptions. A Picture ID will be required at check-in. Reps will be asked to leave with forfeiture of fees. No buy/sell. Artists must design and craft all the work. Only white tents are allowed. 


A) The application fee is $30 and is non-refundable. You must pay $30 for each juried category in the show. Example: If a person wants to apply in both Painting and Jewelry, pay $60 for the application fee. Only the categories accepted by the Jury may be displayed. 

B) The space fee for this year’s show is $375. 

CCM Events New Payment Policy

This crisis affects us all. I believe for artists and promoters like myself, two of the hardest aspects to manage is cash flow and planning. We need to plan for our futures when this crisis subsides but we also need to manage cash flow to stay afloat now. 

In light of both these factors, I am updating my payment policy for our CCM Events Festivals to address these two concerns.

For the 2020 Avon Arts Celebration booth fee of $375, CCM Events will take the booth payments in 3 monthly installments starting June 1st with $175. Then another $100 July 1st. And the final $100 July 15th. If you have purchased a double, we will make the proportionate adjustments. 

C) Corner spaces may be requested for $75.  The corners will be awarded on a first come basis at the discretion of the show director. 

D) NO Electricity is available.
