Anchor your July schedule with the Broadmoor Traditions Fine Art Festival on July 4 & 5, a polished outdoor show set on the grassy Quad of The Colorado Springs School with the iconic Trianon mansion at the center of the festival experience. The setting gives artists a rare combination of beauty, prestige, and strong visual presentation—exactly the kind of environment that elevates both your booth and the overall buying atmosphere. ColoradoArtWeekend.com positions the event as a major Fourth of July weekend arts destination, with 100+ artists and a strong mix of fine art and fine craft that creates real draw and energy for patrons.
For artists who prioritize qualified buyers and a curated show culture, Broadmoor is a strategic fit. ColoradoArtShows highlights the Broadmoor neighborhood’s affluent, executive-level demographic and the luxury context surrounding the area, while the festival standards reinforce a true fine-art marketplace: original work only (plus signed/numbered limited editions), artists exhibiting their own work, and no buy/sell. Add in the respected Broadmoor location and a well-established ColoradoArtShows artist pipeline, and this becomes a strong July opportunity for artists who want a high-quality show with the right audience.
The entire area is called Broadmoor. In 1881, William Willcox moved to the area from Pennsylvania and thought the combination of mountains and terrain resembled the Broadmoors of Scotland. The surrounding area is popular for its hiking trails and multiple waterfalls that flow into a sheer-sided box canyon at Seven Falls.
Target Demographic
The Broadmoor neighborhood is recognized as an executive lifestyle "best choice" area in Colorado, attracting affluent, educated professionals. Residents are typically successful executives whose careers allow for a comfortable and luxurious lifestyle. The neighborhood's stately homes and established wealth contribute to a refined, discerning audience, ideal for an upscale fine art festival.
