Load-In & Set Up Instructions
Artists Set Up Starts Friday October 3rd.
- We will be using a staggered load-in & setup format. See chart to the left. Do not attempt to arrive early as you will not be allowed to pull in.
- Drop Off: You must unload your booth materials INTO YOUR BOOTH SPACE ONTO THE GRASS IN BACK OF YOUR BOOTH and move your vehicle immediately there after.
- No awnings will be allowed to be deployed until Saturday morning. Awnings block the ability for taller vehicles to pass.
- All exits from the park will be via the SOUTH side. (Exceptions: A, L, M, O & P booths - see chart.)
- After 5 pm is open load-in/ set up time for anyone who cannot make their above assigned time.
- After unloading, moving and parking your vehicle, you can continue to set up as long as you would need.
- There is no parking inside of Cheesman Park under any circumstances. All vehicles inside of the park for loading/unloading must exit Cheesman and find parking.
Booth assignments will be available soon but you will not be eligible to receive your booth assignment until you complete the waiver.

You will not get your booth assignment until we have your liability waiver with all required fields filled in. Click the LIABILITY WAIVER button below. After doing the waiver, you will be eligible to get your BOOTH ASSIGNMENT. Then, make note of the URL on the thank you page and in your email after the liability waiver.
Artist Parking
ATTENTION!
Parking for regular sized vehicles will be just south of Cheesman Park,
on the non residential side of the street around Little Cheesman Park.
Larger rigs, high sided vehicles or vehicles with a trailer are required to park along 7th Ave. PLEASE NOTE! 7th street going eastbound will be closed on Friday for street sweeping. Please pay attention to street signs when parking.

The Denver Revised Municipal Code (DRMC) imposes a 4.81% sales tax on the purchase price paid or charged on retail sales including retail sales made online to Denver customers, leases, or rentals of taxable tangible personal property, products, and on certain services.
