Marketing & Advertising Materials

Let’s Work Together to Build Attendance

We are working hard to promote the festival through paid advertising, email marketing, social media, posters, postcards, local outreach, and more.

Your help matters too.

When artists share the show with their collectors, clients, friends, family, and social media followers, it gives people a personal reason to attend. Patrons are more likely to come when they know an artist they follow will be exhibiting.

To make this easy, we have created a Google Drive folder with promotional materials you are welcome to download and use, including flyers, posters, festival logo files, social media graphics, a sample show write-up, and photos from last year’s show, when available.

Please use these materials in your email newsletter, on your website, on social media, in event calendars, neighborhood groups, and anywhere else you promote your upcoming shows. Even one or two simple posts from each artist can help build attendance and create a stronger weekend for everyone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at CoArtShows@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

  •
The Artist must be present to exhibit and exhibit only their own original work - No Exceptions.
  • A Picture ID will be required at check-in. Reps will be asked to leave with forfeiture of fees.
  • No buy/sell. Artists must design and craft all the work. Only white tents are allowed.
  • All ColoradoArtShow.Com festivals require vendors to obtain a Special Event Sales Tax License with the State of Colorado for sales tax remittance purposes.
  • This show allows only originals or signed numbered prints. This goes for photographers as well.
  •  75% of  artwork must be original, and only 25% may be signed numbered prints.

  • For this show, some booths are a very short dolly onto the grass and others you can drive right up to your booth.
  • Each booth space is approximately 10 x 10 feet. All spaces are on grass or pavement outside. No inside or covered spaces are available.
  • Art On The Green has historically allowed a generous amount of space around artist booths. As the new producer handling artist management and show operations, ColoradoArtShows.com has been asked to bring the festival into closer alignment with current fine art festival standards. For 2026, Standard booth spaces will be laid out in a more typical modern festival configuration, with approximately 2 feet of shared space behind back-to-back booths. That space is intended for limited artist access and necessary booth function, not for additional display, storage expansion, or a separate work area.
  • For this transition year only, some legacy returning Art On The Green artists will receive additional spacing as a courtesy because that was part of their prior show experience. Others will be placed within the updated standard layout section.
  • A small wrapping table may be kept inside your 10' x 10' booth space. If limited space is available directly behind your booth, it may be used carefully for necessary working access, but it should not interfere with neighboring artists, patron flow, safety access, or the overall layout.
  • Print bins must remain within your assigned 10' x 10' booth footprint. Print bins, tables, or other display fixtures may not be placed outside the booth or in front of the booth line.
