This is a juried fine art and fine craft show in historic Dillon, CO. We will be accepting a maximum of 110 artists for this show.

THE AREA
The show is the premier festival in Summit County Colorado, one of the most beautiful places in the world. The county includes the cities of Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge and in December 2023, Summit County home prices were up 13.8% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $1.0M. The area includes both home-owners and visitors from Colorado and around the world.
Located on the eastern shore of Lake Dillon, Dillon, CO has one of the most beautiful settings in Summit County. It also features Dillon Marina which has the world’s highest yacht club. The club hosts weekly regattas and other aquatic special events throughout the summer.

All withdrawals from the jury process must be in writing before App Deadline. After App Deadline if you are accepted, you will be charged for your spot.
CATEGORIES
All forms of original fine art and fine crafts. Painting, Sculpture, Metal, Glass, Printmaking/Drawing, Ceramics, Mixed Media, Jewelry, Wood, Fiber and Photography.
IMAGES & REQUIREMENTS
4 digital images of your work and 1 image of your display. The 5th image must be an image of your display that should include the same kind of work shown in the other four images. Images must be only of the work and category to be displayed (if you wish to display more than one category, you must jury 4 images of each category and be accepted in each category applied for).
ARTIST RULES
The Artist must be present to exhibit and exhibit only their own original work - No Exceptions. A Picture ID will be required at check-in. Reps will be asked to leave with forfeiture of fees. No buy/sell. Artists must design and craft all the work. Only white tents are allowed.
FEES
A) The application fee is $60 and is non-refundable. You must pay $60 for each juried category in the show. Example: If a person wants to apply in both Painting and Jewelry, pay $60 twice for the application fee. Only the categories accepted by the Jury may be displayed. Your credit card will be charged immediately for application fees.
B) Booth fees due on acceptance.

SET UP
Like all of our shows, set up will be the day/evening before the show. Yay! Electricity might be available - please email us to inquire. For this show, you can drive right up to your booth.
SPACE SIZE
Approximately 10 x 10 feet. All spaces are on pavement outside. No inside or covered spaces are available.

Where is the site of the festival?
The site is located at the intersection of Lake Dillon Drive and Village Place in Dillon, CO 80435. Dillon is just off I-70 and up the road from Silverthorne, CO towards Keystone, CO.
Is the show a "block off the streets" event, in a park, or other?
This is a "block off the streets" event.
When can we load in?
Load in will be Thursday after 5 pm til 9 pm and you may also set up from 6:30 am to 8:30 am on Friday morning but I do not recommend it as Friday morning is busy at the show.
When do we need to be all packed up and gone on Sunday?
9 pm Sunday night.
"Is there any money back guarantee if for some reason the shows are shut down due to COVID 19?"
In 2022, we were able to hold art festivals even amidst the COVID situation. Safety protocols and distanced booths resulted in fantastic shows: the health officials approved our approach, patrons attended and were buying, and artists made money!
We learned a lot last year. Being one of the only promoters in Colorado to successfully hold multiple events on our traditional dates, our extensive experience in this "new normal" predicts great success for the 2023 season.
Once you have been accepted to our shows, we have a no refund policy. However, if you stick with us to the point that a government agency shuts us down for any reason, we will give you your money back for that show.

In Colorado, we deal with all manner of weather. We proceed with our events regardless. If however there is weather that is threatening to artists or patrons, we may call off a day of a show or we may call a show over early. This does not constitute a refund of any funds to artists.
