Highlands Art Festival

We connect artists and art lovers!

    JUNE 7th & 8th

ColoradoArtShows.com is excited to continue our show in the trendy Denver neighborhood of The Highlands.

This art event will be presented on the beautiful grounds of The Highlands Masonic Lodge. The high visibility of the Lodge to one of Denver’s busiest streets gives the show a tremendous head start getting the word out. The well manicured lawn area provides the perfect early summer setting for a show. Following our Park Hill Art Festival on the previous weekend, the date is also perfect as the first weeks of June in Denver are nothing short of spectacular.

About the Highlands Area & Its Strong Art Market

Eleven years ago, we founded and developed the Park Hill Art Festival, successfully cultivating a high-caliber art event in a community known for its appreciation of the arts. The Highlands neighborhood shares many similarities with Park Hill, making it an ideal location for an art festival targeting an art-savvy clientele.

Highlands Area Demographics & Market Potential

The Highlands neighborhood boasts a highly affluent population, with 63% of residents earning $75,000 or more, and 30% earning $150,000 or more. This strong purchasing power aligns perfectly with the profile of art collectors and buyers we aim to attract.

Additionally, 72.18% of residents hold a college degree, further underscoring the community's educated and discerning demographic—ideal for a high-quality art show.
