Artist Presence and Work

The Artist must be present to exhibit and exhibit only their own original work - No Exceptions. A Picture ID will be required at check-in. Reps will be asked to leave with forfeiture of fees. No buy/sell. Artists must design and craft all the work. Only white tents are allowed. 

1. Cancellation by Artist (More Than 60 Days Before Event).
All Artist cancellations must be submitted in writing, via email or certified communication. Cancellations received sixty (60) days or more prior to the scheduled event date are not eligible for a refund of any kind. Upon timely cancellation, Artist shall be issued a non-transferable show credit, equal to booth fees paid, valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance and redeemable solely toward a future invitation extended by ColoradoArtShows.com. Application fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by Artist (Within 60 Days of Event).
Cancellations submitted fewer than sixty (60) days prior to the event date shall result in the forfeiture of all fees paid, with no credit issued. Artist acknowledges and agrees that they remain fully liable for any outstanding balance due, and such balance shall be paid in full irrespective of Artist’s attendance.

3. Refunds and Event Cancellation.
Refunds shall be issued only in the event that ColoradoArtShows.com cancels the show with sufficient advance notice to avoid logistical, contractual, and advertising expenditures. Should ColoradoArtShows.com cancel, postpone, or modify the event after such expenditures have been incurred, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations caused by weather events, natural disasters, acts of God, or any “force majeure” conditions. Artist shall remain financially responsible for any outstanding balance owed as of the date of cancellation.

4. Emergency Exception.
ColoradoArtShows.com may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, review requests for refund consideration in cases involving immediate, life-threatening emergencies affecting the primary Artist, Artist’s spouse, or Artist’s immediate children. ColoradoArtShows.com may require submission of supporting documentation. Consideration of such requests is voluntary, non-precedential, and shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision of this policy.

5. Future Participation Restrictions; Chargebacks.
(a) Any Artist who fails to satisfy an outstanding balance arising from a late cancellation, non-attendance, or disruption of participation shall be prohibited from exhibiting in any future ColoradoArtShows.com events until all such amounts are paid in full.
(b) Any Artist who initiates or attempts to initiate a credit card chargeback against ColoradoArtShows.com, regardless of outcome, shall be deemed in material breach of this Agreement. Such Artist shall be permanently removed from all ColoradoArtShows.com artist lists and permanently barred from participation in any future events or festivals operated, managed, or affiliated with ColoradoArtShows.com. This prohibition is final, non-negotiable, and irrevocable.
