ColoradoArtShows.com is excited to continue our show in the trendy Denver neighborhood of The Highlands. The art event will be presented on the beautiful grounds of The Highlands Masonic Lodge. The high visibility of the Lodge on one of Denver’s busiest streets gives the show a tremendous head start getting the word out. The well manicured lawn area provides the perfect early summer setting for a show. Following our Park Hill Art Festival on the previous weekend, the date is also perfect as the first weeks of June in Denver are nothing short of spectacular.
Saturday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

12 years ago we created and built the Park Hill Art Festival. The Highlands neighborhood is a very similar area and has an art loving clientele. Like Park Hill, the demographics reveal their highly qualified purchasing power. Also similar to Park Hill, Highland homes reflect their appreciation for the arts.
Situated on a rise northwest of the Platte River, overlooking the city, are the Highlands of Denver. The Highlands are a bustling residential neighborhood featuring avenues lined with elegant old homes. Amongst the charm of the historic architecture, new constructions and renovated homes have made it one of the most popular “up-and-coming” neighborhoods. Being the largest of Denver’s neighborhoods, the 250-acre Highlands has been steadily renewing with an array of trendy restaurants, local bars, popular cafes, and boutique shops. The Highlands are an all-encompassing destination.
The average annual household income in Highland is $129,887
In November 2022, Highland home prices were up 7.8% compared to last year, selling for a median price of $825K.
72.18% of residents Age 25 over have a College Degree.
