I applied to Lake Dillon Arts Festival but can't make the new date. Will I still be charged?

You were going to be accepted into The Lake Dillon Arts Festival so as far as we are concerned you are accepted into the show at the new date. Notify us before the deadline of July 1st and we will withdraw your application at no penalty. You also have the option to transfer to any of our other 4 shows for the lower booth fee. 

After the deadline of July 1st we will begin charging your card for the new, lower LDAF booth fee of $425. If you decide to withdraw after this date, you will then have the option to apply 50% of your booth fee to the 2021 and 2022 Lake Dillon shows, or receive a 50% refund of your booth fee.

Your application fee will not be refunded.

I applied to the Avon Art Celebration but can't make the new date. Will I still be charged?

You were going to be accepted into The Avon Arts Celebration so as far as we are concerned you are accepted into the show at the new date. Notify us before the deadline of July 1st and we will withdraw your application at no penalty. You also have the option to transfer to any of our other 4 shows for the lower booth fee. 

After the deadline of July 1st we will begin charging your card for the Avon booth fee. If you decide to withdraw after this date, you will then have the option to apply 50% of your booth fee to the 2021 and 2022 Avon shows, or receive a 50% refund of your booth fee.

Your application fee will not be refunded.

I can’t make the new Evergreen Mountain Art Celebration date. Can I get my money back?

If you are unable to attend the Evergreen Mountain show, you may (1) switch to another show at the same fee as the Evergreen Mountain show, (2) apply half of your booth fee to the 2021 show and the other half to the 2022 show, or (3) we can refund 50% of your booth fee.

I can’t make the new Evergreen Harvest date. Can I get my money back?

If you are unable to attend the Evergreen Harvest show, you may (1) switch to another show at the fee of the Evergreen Harvest show, (2) apply 50% of your booth fee to the 2021 and the 2022 show, or (3) we can refund 50% of your booth fee.

I signed up for the 4 show special - Can I get my money back for 1 show that I can't make?

If you choose to withdraw from 1 of our 2020 Shows, you will have the option to apply 12% of your booth fee to the 2021 and 2022 shows, or receive a 12% refund of your total booth fee.

We are also offering a $100 CCM credit to all of our 2021 shows for every 4 Show Special enrollee that chooses to stay enrolled in our 2020 4 Show Special.

I signed up for the 4 show special - Can I get my money back for 2 shows that I can't make?

If you choose to withdraw from 2 of our 2020 Shows, you will have the option to apply 25% of your total paid booth fee to the 2021 and 2022 shows, or receive a 25% refund of your total booth fee.

We are also offering a $100 CCM credit to all of our 2021 shows for every 4 Show Special enrollee that chooses to stay enrolled in our 2020 4 Show Special.

I signed up for the 4 show special - Can I get my money back for 3 shows that I can't make?

If you choose to withdraw from 3 of our 2020 Shows, you will have the option to apply 37% of your booth fee to the 2021 and 2022 shows, or receive a 37% refund of your total booth fee.

We are also offering a $100 CCM credit to all of our 2021 shows for every 4 Show Special enrollee that chooses to stay enrolled in our 2020 4 Show Special.

I signed up for the 4 show special - Can I get my money back for all 4 shows?

If you choose to withdraw from all four of our 2020 Shows, you will have the option to apply 50% of your total paid booth fee to the 2021 and 2022 shows, or receive a 50% refund of your total booth fee.

We are also offering a $100 CCM credit to all of our 2021 shows for every 4 Show Special enrollee that chooses to stay enrolled in our 2020 4 Show Special.
